Symptoms

The password policy from IDCS (Identity Cloud Service > Settings > Password Policy) is different from criteria displayed for Cloud My Services ( My Profile > Change Password > Password Criteria)  and IDCS password change process ( My Apps > My Profile > Change My Password ).
