Goal

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Manage Expenses-Approve Expense Report

Enhancement Req : Expense reports need to have the ability to allocate costs based on percentage value

Description :
Expense reports no longer have the ability to allocate costs across a predetermined set of gl strings or projects based on percentage.
Itemization has been the suggested workaround and functionality.

For a lot of our staff, they allocate every expense item across 4 or more projects/gl strings. Without the ability to allocate this takes a very long time to complete.
