Symptoms

On : NA version, Development Provisioning

When attempting to install AD Bridge it does not work. Trying to install the AD bridge on a standalone server and the installation is failing. The error message is Setup Failed. There are no log files, just an empty directory is created. Files are copied then deleted by the install but no error logs during that process.

Using version ad-id-bridge-18.3.4-1810051146 on Windows Server 2016, .net version 4.7.

The install will start and stop at 98% for a minute, then fail.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using version ad-id-bridge-18.3.4-1810051146 on Windows Server 2016, .net version 4.7.
2. User is able to enter the idcs credentials and id/passwords for AD access. The install will start and stop at 98% for a minute, then fail.
