STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. setting up the HMRC for month of October;
2. found EPS is not considering SMP retro amount.

Details:
While setting up the HMRC for month of October we found EPS is not considering SMP retro amount which is restricting us to reclaim 92% of amount from HMRC.
We checked in " Gross to net report" and Retro element "Maternity Leave Absence Entitlement Retroactive" has value of 1,131.54 which EPS is ignoring and considering only amount from element/balance "Maternity Leave Absence Entitlement Payment".

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reclaim 92% of SMP amount from HMRC
