This note was created for Release 11.13.18.05.0. The note has been reviewed and is current for release 11.13.21.01.0.

Symptoms

Payroll Cost Journal Entries are not found in General Ledger (GL).

The payroll was submitted with Create Accounting for payroll cost with final mode (Transfer to General Ledger: No & Post in General Ledger: No) so no journal entries were found in the GL.

The Transfer to Service Level Agreement (SLA) was done. Then the Create Accounting process was submitted in draft mode to review the entries.

Missing entries were observed in the Create Accounting process, and the Journal Entries were missing.

The Payroll and the Transfer to SLA process was run with the same Consolidation Set.

When Create Accounting (Final Mode) was submitted, the filed Transfer to General Ledger in the process was set to No so the Accounting has been created, but not the Transfer to GL. The user wants to transfer the accounts to the GL.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Submit Create Accounting with Final mode.
2. No Journal entries are found in the GL.
