Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Recently noticed that 2 of the web services disappeared

from Application Composer > Web Services. It appears the services are still working, but users aren't seeing them in application composer.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Application Composer > Common Setup > Web Services > here do not see any already registered web services


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The business impact is minor as although they disappeared but still working from the custom groovy calls
