Goal

When employee is hired after cut off date in the system, the Payroll is not processed in the same month. The arrears of last month (month of hire) is paid in the next month, which increases employees and Employers NI contribution. There is no NI calculation retrospectively. This is not correct for the legislation also, but the burden is increased on the employer.
