Fusion Worklist Error : No Tasks are Available Since there was a Problem Contacting all the Federated Servers (Doc ID 2489092.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access Fusion Applications Worklist , the UI will not show any tasks. Performing the View - Servers will not allow the user to access the "Worklist" server 
the following error occurs.

ERROR

No tasks are available since there was a problem contacting all the federated servers. Please fix the issue and then refresh the page


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
