HCM Service WS UserDetailsServiceV2 returns an empty body in the production environment but works just fine in either Test of Dev1. getServiceLastUpdateTime is the only one working in production > all others have a blank response output.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to VER_UserDetailsServiceV2 > UserDetailsServiceSoapHttp
2. Select findUserDetailsByPersonNumber > PersonNumber = xxxx
3. Verify the response outline is empty when performing the above actions in production but works as expected in Test of Dev1.
