1. Can ExaCS be used as SOA repository database SOACS running in OCI
2. If Yes to Point #1, Please advise whether IP Reserveration is required for using ExaCS as SOA Repo database for SOACS on OCI
3. If Yes, Please suggest relevant documentation for this.
