Reports Under a Custom Reports Folder Are Missing for Some Users in P6 EPPM (Doc ID 2489386.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Some users are unable to see all of the reports under a specific custom folder while other users with the same roles are able to see the reports.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign in to P6 Web
  2. Browse to the Reports view
  3. Expand the custom report folder
  4. No reports can be seen
    Note: The same reports are visible in BI Publisher.
