Symptoms

Stock count job threading changes to distribute stock count locations evenly between threads.

Modify the v_restart_all_locations DDL:
a. Add a new driver for stock batch
b. Only add locations in the current count cycle, for the stock batch driver
c. Use NTILE instead of MOD to dived location on threads
