User unable to manually enroll a worker in a qualifying pension scheme. The employee has previously been processed in in the Pension Automatic Enrolment process and was determined to be an 'Entitled Worker', and was therefore not automatically enrolled into a pension scheme.
Now that the employee wants to opt-in to the pension scheme, user is unable to select the relevant component on the Pension Automatic Enrolment calculation card. Customer unable to do this whether I select manual enrolment or opt in as the joining method.
Initial action plan
If the LOV is blank then it means the employee isn't already part of a QPS scheme.
To put employee onto pension scheme you will need to create first a Benefits and Pension card.
This is first thing that has been done is adding the Benefits and Pensions Card.
