If the items are not ranged while processing the sales transactions, then the batch fails with Primary Key constraint error.

Steps to reproduce:

Create sales transaction for an item not ranged to the sale location.
Upload sales for this transaction using batch process for sales upload.
Process sales using process sales batch job. Note the batch fails with Primary Key constraint error.
