When attempting to edit a Webservice
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name:
ORA_CRM_UIAPP

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to Navigator > Application Composer > Common Setup > Web Services > Select
an existing web service > click on pencil (edit) button > error occurs

Due to this issue, users cannot edit existing webservices
