On : version, Global Payroll

When attempting to change the hire date from 1-Aug to 10-Aug for an employee that is having absence records on 3 , 4-Aug, the following error occurs.

When we processed this periods payroll it is erroring :
Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship NNNNN.
An error occurred when processing element {ELEM_NAME. (ETNAME=Unpaid Leave Absence Entitlement Result)
An error occurred when processing formula UNPAID LEAVE ABSENCE ENTITLEMENT RESULT.
An error occurred during formula execution. (ORACLE_ERROR_TEXT=) (FORMULA_ERROR_TEXT=Formula CUSTOMER_GET_NIGHT_SHIFT_RATE, line 73, a number was divided by zero while executing the formula.)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hire employee with 1-Aug
2. Add absences with 3,4 August
3. Try to change the hire date to 10-Aug and error appears
