Product Classification Codes Lookup Is Broken on Custom GTM_ITEM Manager Layout. (Doc ID 2489900.1)

Symptoms

Product Classification Codes lookup is broken on custom GTM_ITEM manager layout.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

01. Create a custom GTM_ITEM Screenset (CUSTOM_GTM_ITEM) using a custom GTM_ITEM Manager Layout (CUSTOM_GTM_ITEM)

02. Edit the custom manager layout -> Go to the DETAIL tab -> Scroll to the 'Product Classification' -> Edit the 'Product Classification Type ID' column -> Check the 'Fixed List' check box enter a Default Value ex. 'HTS US' -> Save

NOTE: This change broke the ability for the 'Product Classification' grid to look up any type and code.

03. Assign the Screenset to the User Menu

04. Open the custom Screenset from the menu -> Search for any Item -> Edit -> Add the Classification Type -> Then try to add the Classification Code (try to click on the search icon, it does not work)
