Symptoms
GTM Transaction Line 'Look Up Product Classification' action does not override existing item classifications (Required Classification) from the previous 'Service Preference'.
Multiple Product Classification Look ups is not replacing the Required Classification section of GTM. When you run the initial product classification look up on a transaction line it populates the Required Classification section of the transaction line based on the Service Preference ran.
Later when you run another product classification look up on the same transaction line, GTM is adding the classification types of the second preference to the Required Classification instead of replacing the existing values in the Required Classification section.
EXAMPLE:
------------
Transaction Line: TL-0001
Item
HTS US 222
HTS MX 222MX
Service Preference ID: SP-01
HTS US 222
HTS MX 222MX
NOTE: Select the Classification Override option if you wish to override all existing item classifications with the classification mentioned in the lookup action.
Service Preference ID: SP-02
HTS US 222
HTS HK 222HK
Note: Select the Classification Override option if you wish to override all existing item classifications with the classification mentioned in the lookup action.
