Symptoms

Merge Requests still "submitted"

The user went to Navigator -> Scheduled Processes -> searched for “Schedule Duplicate Resolution Requests”.

Although the job runs (every 5 minutes), there was a delay of many hours between the Scheduled Time and the Submission Time .

What is the cause of this delay?
