Annual Leave Entitlement is processing more than once despite configured to process once per period
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The element 'Annual Leave Entitlement' should get processed in Payroll period only once as per setup
When an element is processed for second time in a month, it is expected to show no values as setups is done with process once period ticked.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Annual Leave;
2. Process Payroll and view results. we can see payment;
3. Process again same payroll;
4. View results and you can see the same payment again.

Standard Rules: Allow multiple entries in the same period / Process in payroll run / Process once per period
When an element is processed for second time in a month, it is expected to show no values as setups is done with process once period ticked. But, we are seeing value again and employee getting paid more.
Once element got processed, it should not process again as setup is done in that way.
