Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The following message is encountered with some PM Book records.

Current Work Orders record must be in Terminal status to create a new record.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When there is no lock on the Closed Work Order, PM Book record creation should occur without incident.
