Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When going to an account, and then clicking the opportunity tab, and then "create opportunity" - CRM displays a white blank screen in which no action can be taken.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When going to an account, and then clicking the opportunity tab, and then "create opportunity" - CRM displays should not display the white page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access an account > Edit account
2. Click on Opportunities subtab
3. Click on Create Opportunity > a blank page appears
