Error Banner Appearing for Stream Not in Account Page

User is seeing error banner for a stream that is not found in account page when visiting and taking action in the Workflow dashboard.
Stream "X" needs to be reauthorized.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
User has stated they visited collaborations page in account and received banner with message attached.
