Symptoms

On  : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Account name field is shown as read only

You are trying to create accounts, but the "name" field is shown as read only.

It is a mandatory field, so you can't create accounts

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account name should be updatable as its required

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. navigate to Accounts
3. Create new Account -> Account name is read only

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
business impact is not available however this is affecting users functionality to create an account and ability to functionally use the system.
