Users and Administrators not able access both Stage and Production environment, using SSO or password Authentication, using different browsers.

Turn on TLS 1.0. TLS i.L and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to <HOST> again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite, ... which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.
1. Open Instantis link either in SSO or non-SSO
2. Error is received
