On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Service Requests

Working with BPM WF, Request for more information does not notify


Working with BPM WF, if at the approval’s task the assignee “Request for more information” it does not notify the initial user about the coming back of the task.

Why it does not notify the initial user?
