HTML Tags Display in the Subject Line of Emails Generated from the Oracle Taleo LearnCenter (Doc ID 2490882.1)

Symptoms

When the Subject line of an Oracle Taleo LearnCenter communication email template is formatted with HTML tags, the email that is generated to users by the LearnCenter displays the HTML tags in the Subject line instead of the intended formatting.

In contrast, HTML tags that are used in the body of the email template do result in the intended formatting being displaying to users in the generated email.
