Symptoms
When attempting to load ElementEntry.zip for non-recurring elements with HDL,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
A logical end date is required (HRC-1035373)
or
You have provided a date-effective row that ends on {LAST_ROW_END_DATE}, for an existing record that already exists with an end date of {DB_LOGICAL_END_DATE} (HRC-1035766)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Data Exchange -> Import and Load Data -> Import File drop down -> Import Local File -> ElementEntry.zip ->Submit
