Symptoms
Transaction code on the XML does not match with the Transmission Manager UI and the I_TRANSACTION table
An XML with a specific Transaction Code is uploaded to OTM. When viewing this in Transmission Manager, the Transaction Code displayed is not the one that was used in the XML (e.g. XML had "IU", yet UI shows "I")
