Not Able to Launch Document Url Via an I-Frame from Service Cloud Customer Portal (Doc ID 2491252.1)

Symptoms

The user in this case was able to successfully prototype iFrame to the Oracle Documents Cloud from Service Cloud Customer Portal, but, when the user attempts to display a folder from Oracle Content and Experience Cloud (Documents Cloud) in the iFrame, the user is confronted with a blank screen.
