Error 'The value for field Unique Value <value> must be unique' When Auto-Creating a BP

When auto-creating a Business Process (BP) of the same type in another Project/Shell workspace via BP Creator conditions, the auto-creation fails with the following Reason being returned in the Failed e-mail notification:
The value for field Unique Value XX must be unique. There is another record containing the same value for this field.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Unifier.
- Navigate to one Shell's BP workspace.
- Trigger the auto-creation of the same BP type in another Shell's BP workspace.
- Navigate to the other Shell's BP workspace and notice that no record is created.
