Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Matching records are not being returned to the Query Based Tab (QBT) in a Company level Business Process (BP) record.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Records matching the query should be returned to the QBT in the Company BP record.

 

This issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Open any Company level BP record that is designed with a Query Based Tab that should display matching records.
  2. Note that matching records are not displayed.
