Content being added to "Forward" Message in SR is aligned to the LEFT in Hebrew

Customer has a template for the scenario where the Agent forwards an SR related message to a different Agent, the template is in Hebrew and is RTL.
The content of the message is being added to the template at the bottom by default, but the text in hebrew is aligned to the left and cannot be designed to match the template (font, size, alignment)
