Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When generating a Custom Print of a Business Process (BP) record that includes an Integer type Pull-Down Data Element on the form, attempting to preview the record results in a blank page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Data should be displayed in the Custom Print output.

 STEPS to Reproduce

  1. Open a Project in User Mode > Business Processes.
  2. Open any record.
  3. Select File > Print Preview > Custom from the menu.
  4. In the Custom Print window, select the Template and Format then click OK.
  5. Observe the reported behavior.
