On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Planning and Budgeting

Budget Upload Interface is doubling the STAT numbers
Trying to use the Budget Upload Interface spreadsheet to upload the budget numbers but the STAT numbers doubling every time for 2 account values. Looking at the GL_BUDGET_BALANCES table, observed that it shows two records for the 2 accounts values for every GL Code combination.

Is this the expected functionality?
