Oracle Fusion Performance Management: Transferred Performance Document is not shown to new manager in Mobile responsive UI (Doc ID 2492529.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Performance document is not appearing in responsive UI if evaluating manager is not Line manager/second level manager.

However, it is shown in non-responsive UI under my manager evaluations(My Team-->Performance).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Performance document should appear in Performance Overview page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Performance Document with manager other than line manager/second level manager. Or transfer PD to non-line managers.
2. Login as evaluating manager and navigate to My Team-->Performance Overview.
3. Employee does not appear.
