Error while accessing 'Manage Budgets' from one specific user
There is one user from whom we get error while trying to access 'Manage Budgets'
This user can open compensation worksheets, but while trying to access budgets, they get this error:
ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #28
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as user
2. Navigate to Compensation > Act as proxy
3. Select plan in question
4. Click on Budgets for the plan
5. Error is thrown.
