How to schedule BI dashboard based on the value from another analysis?

Two reports/analysis are built from sales cloud BI
1)Graph that shows open opportunities v/s time spend by them in current sales stage ( based on logged in users data)
2) Average Time spend by Won opportunity in each sales stage

The requirement is that this dashboard needs to be triggered to individual users if any of their "Open" opportunity in any "sales stage' has crossed the average days spent by his/her "Won" opportunity in the same sales stage.
IN short - if any opportunity from graph 1 in any sales stage, has crossed the vertical axis value of Graph 2 (that is the average days), the email should be triggered to that opportunity owner?

How to create another column, that would compare the values from another analysis and then schedule it based on the value from new column?

For example in the average days in sales stage graph, to duplicate the column A:Average dasy in sales stage" and compare it with values from "Number of days in stage' analysis using the filter function and should show output as 1 if #of days is more than average days and 0 otherwise
