On : NA version, Core SOA Product Issues

SOA CS Servers failed to start and logs shows the below exception.

oracle.security.jps.JpsException: JPS-00027: There was an internal error: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: No more data to read from socket

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start SOA CS instance.
