Symptoms

Data Pump Import to ADW/ATP failing with "ORA-17500: ODM err:ODM HTTP Unauthorized" error:

Error 1:

ORA-31640: unable to open dump file "https://objectstorage.us-ashburn-1.oraclecloud.com/n/testtenancy/b/testbuck10/o/testfile.dmp" for read
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:11 Failed to open file https://objectstorage.us-ashburn-1.oraclecloud.com/n/testtenancy/b/testbuck10/o/testfile.dmp
ORA-17500: ODM err:ODM HTTP Unauthorized

Error 2:

ORA-31640: unable to open dump file "https://swiftobjectstorage.us-ashburn-1.oraclecloud.com/v1/wrongtenancy/testbuck10/testfile.dmp" for read
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:11 Failed to open file https://swiftobjectstorage.us-ashburn-1.oraclecloud.com/v1/wrongtenancy/testbuck10/testfile.dmp
ORA-17500: ODM err:ODM HTTP Unauthorized
