Fusion Global Payroll: Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes Fails with Errors (Doc ID 2493173.1)

Goal

While running Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive changes, fails with 68 error messages:

All the employees with retro errors are in alphabetic order when displayed. Those who have the same error messages are not grouped together.

12 The salary amount for this payroll period is not sufficient to process the reduced regular payment.
