Poor Performance When Users Create An Event

Symptoms
- When attempting to create an event on Manage Events page, you find that there is slow response on the page as opposed to the expected 3-4 seconds response time.
- Also, the page gets stuck when you toggle between Manage Invoices - Manage Event pages.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Manage Events page > click Create icoon to create new manual billing event.
2. Find that there is a slow response on the page.
