Unable to Extend Contract from Fixed-Term to Permanent. (Doc ID 2493280.1)

Facing an issue in trying to update contract for an employee from Fixed-Term to Permanent.

The employee is hired on 1st Nov 2017 and there is an corresponding contract record created from 1st Nov 2017 to 31st Oct 2018.
Now we have to extend contract by continuing from 1st Nov 2018 as Permanent.

But when you try to do the same the Action and Action Reason is missing and the system is not allowing to create.
