Goal

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Consumer Goods Mobile App

No warning display when an error occurs in the download of the route.Error downloading unspecified


1. Log in to the application as administrator.
2. From "Download route", select one in specific and proceed to download this.
3. During the download, WIFI or mobile data signal is lost.
4. The application from the mobile device apparently continues the download process, without sending any error or warning message that allows the user to identify the problem presented.
Note: Up to 35 minutes pass in this test and the application never shows the user any warning message or expiration of the process.

It is required that there is a timeout for this type of scenario and that the user is presented with a message that indicates that he lost connection or that the process lasted longer than expected and failed.
