DIPC Sync Job Data Fetch Error "DIPC-PRFL-1008 - Unable to connect to the database. IO Error: Unknown host specified"

Symptoms
After creating a new DIPC (on OCI) 18.4.3 instance and a "SQL Server (OGG)" Remote Agent, a sync job can connect successfully to target servers and fetch the table metadata, however when trying to fetch the data from the table in the web interface, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to the Cloud Web interface
- Navigate to Catalog and the sync job and test connection: Successful
- Refresh data entries on the sync job: Successful
- Refresh data profile on data table results in the error.
