After Oracle Hosted Unifier Cloud Environment Upgrade, Users Are Getting A Blank Screen After Clicking on "Unifier" Link in Primavera Cloud Portal Page (Doc ID 2493814.1)

Symptoms

Multiple users are having an issue trying to access the Unifier environment after a recent upgrade from 17.12.1.0 to 17.12.9.1. After entering the environment URL and logging in with user credentials the Primavera Cloud Portal page loads successfully. Then user clicks on "Unifier" tile to access the environment. The expected Unifier landing page does not open and there is just a blank browser page. The issue is affecting users using multiple types of browsers.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting Unifier page to load after clicking on the Unifier tile from the Primavera Cloud Portal page.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Using either IE11 or Chrome, enter the Unifier cloud environment URL.
  2. At the login page, enter the Unifier user credentials.
  3. Primavera Cloud portal page will load, click on Unifier.
  4. The expected Unifier landing page doesn't load, leaves a blank screen on browser window.
