Unable To Access Admin Console, /occ-admin Address Seen (Doc ID 2493923.1)

Symptoms

Unable to access the admin console after upgrading to current Oracle Commerce Cloud release. Verified the issue on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. In addition, the browsers cache has been cleared. On login the initial request goes to  

     https://{ccadmin-DOMAIN}/occs-admin/#!

Which is then redirected to the following URL, where the OCCS-ADMIN is now OCC-ADMIN

     https://{ccadmin-DOMAIN}/occ-admin/#!

The session is then redirected back to 

     https://{ccadmin-DOMAIN}/occs-admin/#!

The browser sits in this perpetual loop and never actually logs the user in.
