Goal

Writing fast formula of type "Element Skip" using DB Items like PAYROLL_TIME_PERIOD_DATE_PAID / PAYROLL_TIME_PERIOD_CUT_OFF_DATE / PAYROLL_TIME_PERIOD_END_DATE etc
 
Statement : DEFAULT_DATA_VALUE FOR PAYROLL_TIME_PERIOD_END_DATE IS '1900/01/01' (DATE)

Gives Compilation error :
Formula WA_FMLI_STATE_ELIGIBILITY, line 11, variable PAYROLL_TIME_PERIOD_DATE_PAID cannot be used in the DEFAULT_DATA_VALUE statement.
