Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Manage Awards
When attempting to add same terms and conditions with different category on the award template the following error occurs.
A record with the value ABC already exists. Enter a unique value.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to Manage Award Templates
Query for the Award
Click on Compliance Tab
Add Terms and Conditions
Category : CarryForwards Name : ABC
Category : Equipment Name : ABC
Get the following error :
A record with the value ABC already exists. Enter a unique value.
