Attachments in Onboarding Checklist

Could you please assist us to achieve this requirement?

Scenario: As a part of Onboarding, HR team needs to attach some policy documents and send it to the new joiner.
Once the documents are sent, the new joiner should download & accept the company policy document. Then, the new joiner has to upload the attachments in order to send it to the HR.

In this context, there are three questions which are yet to be clarified. I request you to please pay attention as we have CRP approaching next week.
1.How do I provide a placeholder to let the HR attach the documents and send it to the new joiner?
2.How a new joiner can upload the attachments? How to capture this in the application? Is this possible, since the attachment was not achievable in previous releases.
3.Where can we see the attachments in the system? Where is it captured?
